associate told me I could return a pair of suspenders if I needed to-- I returned a week later to return them, not worn, and the manager tells me that they have to be returned in the original packaging (keep in mind I specifically asked the associate if I can return it outside of the packaging, because in order to get the suspenders out of the packing to try them on, you have to unwind them from the packaging and such wrapping is hard to duplicate, and the associate told me I can even return them without the packaging if I needed to). When I told this to the manager, she said "she's just an associate, she doesn't know." .......maybe properly train your associates or at least give me my money back considering that's what I was told upon purchasing the item? I can't pay my rent with stupid ass store credit.
