The Black Friday sales were wonderful. The line was extremely long and I wish they were able to ring people up faster but the deals were well worth the wait!

Customer service STINKS
Shipment delay, give you 10% of next purchase
I incorrectly put in the wrong street address but called ASAP to correct the matter.
Unable to help til the package is out for deliver attempt then I need to call back and give correct address for the 4th time and being placed on hold each time for more then 30 minutes, longest 46 minutes...
I will no longer shop at this store/ online  period.

I can do the mall crawl and can't find anything. At H&M I will always find something that I like.

I have never experienced such a disrespectful store manager. She was unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. I used to like H&M but thanks to her and to the H&M customer service representative who hung up the phone on me, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I felt judged and  cheated.Sad!
