The managers are unprofessional and rude. The girl name Evelin who is the manager was rube. She didn't help me find the things I was looking for. She ignored me when I was trying to ask for help. The lady name Betty also was being rube. She was following around like I was stealing when I shop there everyday. The store manager is a creep. He look at me in creepy way. I feel uncomfortable around him. Watch out ladies. Be careful. I won't be shopping in this store any more.

Newly renovated space makes for a pleasant shopping environment.

Schedule more cashiers to take care of customers during peak hours. The lines usually put customers off.

The Forever 21 at Potomac Mills was recently remodeled and now it is huge! With the extra space, it's more organized and offers a greater selection than the previous store design.

Camilo Lopez, manager, is quite unprofessional. He does not understand the customers needs and definitely doesn't know to handle a complain or how to solve it
