The current assistant manager that worked on 6/9 (evening) is very rude and plays the "smart ass".  I was returning items that was supposed to cost $.12 each but was charged $.75 and apparently she did not like it. Why, because it's little money? Why does she care it's not her paycheck that's paying for it. At the end of the transaction she said "you just saved $3 dollars and ... cents and walked away. She is a very impolite person. The cashier was nice though and professional.

Ugh, the downtown crossing Boston location is a mess. It is often disorganized and the dressing room line is always in existence. The prices are right for this season's fashion but the headache sometimes isn't worth the bargain. Clothes are never consistent with sizing which means trying on is a must or otherwise I would be happy with purchasing online. However, the Boylston St location since being redone is cleaner and less over-whelming.
