I have gone there a number of times and they were great. The last two times(for the same item because their machine broke) I was in there they were so rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to pick out a font I liked. He scrolled through the fonts so quickly it was hard to pick one. They have now lost my business and I will never recommend them again. 
So disappointed.

We had a great experience at this place! We came in on a Sunday night at 5:15 (mall closes at 6pm) and the owner customized two shirts for us in 30 minutes and they were perfect! He was very friendly and accommodating. The store had all kinds of different shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. to choose from and he let us pick the exact font and image we wanted before moving forward. Definitely coming back here for any customized items we need!

Fantastic Work and Very Professional!  I have used their services three times in the past 7 months.  I personalized a shirt for my sister, then they embroidered my granddaughters' names on new soccer bags;  and most recently embroidered the name of my school on 15 "field trip" bags.  This last job involved much preparation and precise lettering, and turned out beautiful!  These bags will be used for many, many years.  I plan to use their services again in the near future.

Had to get a shirt ASAP for my fiancee's bachelorette party. I had one in 30 minutes here, and it looks fantastic. Can't thank them enough!
