One of the smaller stores . Has both Male and Female clothing. Staff are very helpful. Lots of parking available.

This store has excellent customer services.  I prefer this h&m to the others because of their customer service 5 stars all the way!

rude woman works here. I came to exchange a shirt because I noticed the one I bought was missing a button. when I told the woman what happened, she told me because it's missing a button I would not get a full refund because they charge a percentage for damage returns. I showed her that it still had tags on it, my proof of purchase, and just simply want the same thing.
she still refused to take it back for the price that it was purchased for. she then told me I could sew an extra button on it myself otherwise she'd dock a percentage off my exchange.  I explained that the item is new, and that they sold me the item that way. she was so rude and repeated herself again.
I asked her your telling me I need to learn to sew to fix the button that was missing when I bought it or you won't give me full refund or full exchanhe?
she said yes!  
I left (with my items) and took care of this at a different location.

Trying to find a Large Jacket size and the stores dont take direct calls and they are also not able to check for sizes....
