"Our brand of taking [ownership of the interaction and striving to create a service experience to rave about is the gold standard] we always want to maintain" This is a mission statement straight off of Joesph A Bank's website, but let me tell you this, THIS IS  FAR  FROM the truth atleast for the Joesph A Bank in Chino Hills at 13925 City Center Dr.
I went to buy a custom $180 dollar shirt and I was expected to receive updates as the on site tailor promised me he would give me. I had to call 5 times in an effort to receive one update on my shirt. I ordered my shirt around 4 and half weeks ago and I was told that it'd be arriving within 4 weeks. I got call telling me it'd be ready on the 29th, and I traveled from Los Angeles to Chino Hills. Customer service is timeless and you really failed on that, which is one of the reasons why Joesph A Bank lost nearly a billion dollars in their fiscal quarter. I hope anyone that doesn't waste their time in this store because they're really wasted mine and that's something I can never get back. I'll be sure to go to Brooks Brothers, a store that seems to have their stuff together or atleast TRYS. 

Thank you for my wasting time.

I rented a tux from this store and picked it up in Chicago IL for a wedding.  The team was great and helpful.  I also bought some reasonable sweaters to keep myself warm on my trip.  Thumbs up!
