Visited this fantastic store twice while visiting my mother in Santa Barbara.  Took a trip to Solvang. Was able to sample any cheeses I was interested in and they were so very helpful in telling me about them!
I will always visit this store when in California! 
Love it! Bought many exotic cheeses from them! The best! Love always!

If you know what you want, this can be a delightful place to build a picnic, with lots of little cheeses, breads, chocolate, etc. But don't expect a lot of warmth from the staff. I would leave a higher rating based on the merchandise on offer, but I can't in good conscience based on the staff.

Large selection of unique cheeses. Sample a few at the counter. Very tasty but pricey. The store also sells crackers, olive oil, jams, and lots of wine. Very crowded on a Saturday.

Great first stop for snacks before visiting wineries in the area.

One of the best shops in town. Great selection of cheeses and wines. They even let you taste the cheeses.
