very unhappy with the customer satisfaction. had a issue with them fileing my taxes, got a letter from irs stating my identity is being compromised, spoke with Steve Grant acting supervisor about this issue then had to go to the irs building to verify. did that now have got another letter stating the amount filed had a problem, so I called Steve Grant once again after he assured me if I had any issues with my return he'd be glad to help. so called him to conduct the issue but is trying to get me to pay more for them to help after I already played them to file. they told me it would be 60.00$ to file I did not like how they handled this especially when I said I didn't want to file with them I was told I would still have to pay 60.00$. so then the representative said let me go get a coupon out of the back, 20$ off. Then today Steve informed me that he shouldn't of did that for me and is now expecting me to pay more money for them to contact the irs. these people are scam artist I strongly advise nobody go to this place, all they care about is the money in there pocket and not their clients. it has been almost 3 months now and still no tax return. what kind of place wants u to pay them and for them to do absolutely nothing to help! stay away from this branch.
