Called to ask questions about my appointment and the lady who answered was impatient, rude, and didn't want to answer my questions. Canceled my appointment just based on her attitude. Friendliness in business matters.

Humbly 4 stars put towards a great interaction. H&R block worked at getting me over $2,000 more than what I received in 2015 w/ Turbo.

I'm not going to say this was a magical experience with a red carpet roll out; realistically they saved me more money than TurboTax or other competeors for a MORE than comprable rate.

Go in and have your ducks in a row so they can keep your best interests in mind by going through ORGANIZED paperwork... They'll catch every little penny they can if YOU are organized.
