I rarely write reviews, but we recently moved to the area and desperately want to ensure this gem-of-a-restaurant stays strong. We will be weekly regulars here without question. It's one of those places you want to promote but also want to be your own little secret. The service is friendly and precise, the food is fresh and flavorful, and it's not the typical overly salty food you get at low-end places. My favorite is the Hu Tieu soup, my husband goes gaga for their Pho, and our children LOVE the orange chicken and the veg fried rice. We're all so glad Ha Long Bay is in our neighborhood. Please eat here, give them your business, discover what real, authentic, delicious asian quisine tastes like, PLEASE!

I keep finding myself heading back to Ha Long for lunch. I believe it must be the tasty food balanced well with the portion sizes which adequately fills the void but doesn't leave me feeling too full and lethargic. I am actually glad they don't do a buffet for that very reason.
