Going on 39 years as a local favorite for real char-broiled steaks and burgers. If you haven't already, you must try our world famous homemade bleu cheese!

Story

Jethro's Char-House is a timeless, neighborhood bar that everyone knows and loves. We take pride in quality food and recipes that have been served in our kitchen over the last 39 years. We still have the best burgers and bleu cheese dressing in town!

Maybe it was a rough for the cooks and staff. We had five people for dinner. 2 burgers, French dip, fish and a chicken. Both burgers and the dip were sent back for not being done right, the dip had cold meat. The dip came back with warm meat, not hot. The fish was very greasy. I expected more from this place being that the reviews were good. Highly disappointed especially for the price. I will not go back and would not recommend others.

A favorite since they opened in 1978...nice menu variety...acceptable prices...friendly servers...the food was fresh & arrived at appropriate temperature...carpeting getting worn, but otherwise decor was acceptable...will enjoy returning when in the area...

Classic dinner food. Ribs,broasted chicken,good burgers, good salads and apps. Even have fish and steaks. Good variety with an easy smaller menu . Every time I've been there it's been good. Decent and pleasant service even at busy times. Stiff drinks are a plus😃 imho better than Guldens for same style of menu. About 5pm Sunday was pretty busy but still had seating. We ordered the specials which were, prime rib sammich with fries and the 4pc broasted chicken dinner for $2off. Both were excellent and the wild rice side with the dinner seemed to be a pretty decent quality wild rice. We also ordered a 6 ounce steak. That was a wee over done for medium rare, but it was still a very good steak . Every one was happy I suggested Jethro's tonight. I hope this place keeps doing what it's doing and keeping the main menu. Maybe just add a thing or two in rotation from time to time.

foods great! the tenders are good ppl who do a good job . the lighting is very low which gives it a nice atmosphere for a few drinks! and the crowd tends to be locals age 30+ 👍👍
