ha.ba's, located in Galveston Texas, was founded in the summer of 2004. Located at 2213 Post Office Street in the heart of the historic downtown shopping district, ha.ba’s provides the latest L.A. trends at prices that are affordable for the young stay-home-mom, college students and business women alike. As a testament to ha.ba's cutting edge fashions, affordability and friendly costumer service, ha.ba's was noted voted by Houston Chronicle readers as the “Best Place to Shop for Affordable Styles” in the 2006 Ultimate Houston Guide, in 2007 was noted by the Houston Chronicle as “the next best thing to H&M” and most recently, the store was selected as the winner of “Best Store in Town” by ShopAcrossTexas.com for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. The store has become a popular destination spot for women of all ages. ha.ba's has created a loyal customer base of Galveston locals and regulars from the Houston area. The store has become a "must do" with vacation homeowners ranging from Dallas to Austin and beyond.

ha.ba's is co-owned by sisters Monica and Erica Barry. Buyer and partner, Erica currently lives and works in Los Angeles, as an Executive Buyer for several chic clothing stores throughout the U.S. and Canada, where she shops the L.A. clothing district for the trendiest fashions at discount prices. Erica’s unique instinct for knowing what will become the latest fashion trends has been the driving force behind the success of ha.ba's. Her presence in L.A. allows ha.ba's to purchase and ship clothing from L.A. to Galveston on a weekly basis. Due to a purchasing collaboration with Erica’s other high volume clients, ha.ba's costumers are able to reap the benefits of purchasing boutique quality clothing at “non” boutique prices; all while enjoying the personalized customer service ha.ba's offers to their customers.
