I was hospitalized at this center once and I don’t think I would want to be taken care of at any other hospital. The staff was very attentive and polite for every step of the way. They constantly have someone going to every room to make sure that you are being properly taken cared of and if you needed anything to make your experience better. I was very satisfied with the service I received at this place, and I would highly recommend others to come here if needed.

I’m writing on behalf of my family member who was discharged to rehab. He had a beautiful experience in the emergency room area b. His nurse Laure was excellent and God blessed her with warmth and beauty. His nursing assistant Jessica was beyond words - she was beautiful inside and out and oh so caring. She made the time waiting to go upstairs pass by fast. She has a heart of gold. He was sent to a discharge suite while he waited for his ambulance and he was treated to two outstanding lovely ladies-Doreen and Lisa. Doreen was warm funny and compassionate. She had a great laugh and a charming manner. Lisa was witty kind smart and warm. He won’t forget her smile because it lit up her whole face. They both made him feel as if he was really in a presidential suite. I am honored to write this for him and privileged that he was treated with dignity and compassion from all that cared for him.

The staff that took care of me on January 24th couldn't have been better. From nurses to aides and the doctors I was extremely well taken care of. A special shout out to Dr Montgomery for her care. She took an anxiety ridden experience for me and turned it into one that I was able to handle. Besides being a skilled surgeon her personality is stellar. I love her sense of humor. A special thanks to my anesthesiologist, whose name eludes me. He was caring, sweet and I woke up. What more could I ask for?

Just had my first baby here! The staff was amazing and super attentive. They left me and my husband super confident leaving the hospital. Loved all of the nurses during our stay and my doc that delivered, Dr. SEIDNER! The room service was great too. Highly recommend!!! :)

My aunt, “Mrs. A” was very pleased with her recent visit to Hackensack Hospital. Most especially, she had a great experience in the Patient Accommodation/Discharge Lounge. Nicole, Claudine and Lisa made her feel at ease and comfortable. She was attended to, and she was surrounded by smiles and caring attitudes. Her every need was met without question - she was spoiled! The one and only negative was that there were no hospital beds, but only stretchers to recover on. But the three ladies kept her warm and comfortable until she went home. Nicole provided exceptional care. Lisa and Claudine, her two nurses, were angels! They were a most excellent team. They kept her safe, smiling, and calm. What a dynamic trio you have on 4 Main! Claudine., Lisa and Nicole deserve 100 stars!
