If I could I give a zero start I would. Be carful with pt belongings. My godmother was there going to surgery and someone stole money from her. Upper management cannot refund money and I just a simple sorry. Cannot believe it and here I was thinking I was a good place.

Caught this awful nurse slutshaming girls on the internet... it's such a shame that this great hospital needs to have this kind of people working for them. Her name was Rachel Loundsbury a cardiothoracic registered nurse. Definitely should reconsider having people working there that obviously have no respect at all.

Horrible hospital. We went to the emergency room at 8 PM and we are sitting here still at 3.30AM and nobody came yet. The people next to me are her for even longer then me and same story. Staff members just hanging around and talking with each other. Nobody knows what is going on and no real doctor to be found!!! REALLY THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER, THEY ARE ONLY COLLECTING INSURANCE MONEY!!!!

Doctors/Staff and nurses are among the most mis-educated, i went in thinking i was going to find a decent mental health therapist, nope they throw me in a psych ward. Leave me there for over three hours, i was only able to see three doctors to explain their error and that i was never suppose to be there. It toke them forever to find me a therapist wasting more hours. I went in at 11am didn't leave till 8pm! New york has got to be one of the worst places to seek decent mental health. I've been to psych wards before they don't help me but increases my already unstable mindset, i tire to stay clear of them.Hospital here really don't care about you but only to collect head$.
