Very unprofessional with the way he conducts business. If you have insurance with this company and decide you want new coverage don’t even bother mentioning it to him as he will berate, talk down to and curse at you until you have to hang up the phone on him. He is very ungrateful of the business he does receive and does not deserve it in the slightest to begin with
