I've been with Rogers & Gray for several years now. They consistently go above and beyond to be helpful and to answer questions. My customer service representative is Kirstyn Dos Reis, and over the years, she has been exemplary in all she's done to make sure I receive excellent service. Everyone I've dealt with there has been fabulous. I would recommend Rogers & Gray to anyone seeking a highly professional company with the feel of an old-time, neighborhood business.

Amy Furtado consistently gives great service to her clients. I'm impressed with her quick responses to emails and phone calls and always gets us the information we need promptly.  She is friendly and personable with her clients which also adds to the great experience in working with her!

I recently switched all of my policies to Rogers and Gray.  Amy Furtado helped with that transition.  I had previously been loyal to another agency for many years.  That agency handled my homeowners and vehicle policies.  I had no idea what I was missing out on service-wise in this industry until I switched to R&G.  It was incredibly refreshing to speak with a local person that knows the industry and answered all of my MANY questions.  At the risk of sounding cliche - Amy also saved me quite a bit and gave me several options.  My only regret is that I didn't switch insurers years ago.  If you want savings and a personal experience - talk to Amy.

I had a snafu that was properly dealt with in a conscientious and forthright manner, over and above the call of duty by Dona B.  She made a huge major problem go away and that is what sets Rogers and Gray above the rest.

My company offers several group plans managed by Rogers and Gray - I have home, car, and pet insurance.  They make it easy to sign up and are very responsive when you have questions.  Beth, in particular, has been super helpful when I was buying a new house and needed to purchase a different policy.
