I haven't had a proper haircut in years until I went to this place. The hairdresser knew what I wanted and did not over cut my hair too short as with other places I've went too. Friendly environment, very knowledgeable about maintaining healthy hair and recommended some good products I am now using. My wife loved the haircut.  =)

Absolutely loved the service from the second I walked through the door. Rita was my hairstylist and she made me feel like a queen throughout the whole process. I usually don't know what to expect when I try out a new salon, specially those that I found on Groupon, but I was completely blown away by the quality of work and the price. My cut was exactly the length I wanted and the highlights turned out better than I had even imagined. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent services! Staff and the owner are awesome! I got my haircut and partial highlights done. I'm literally loving myself after quiet a while. Strongly recommend!

I have now been here twice. I came across this place through groupon. The only time I go back to a groupon deal place is if they really make me feel good. These guys nailed it! I got a deep conditioning done (was part of my groupon package) and even though the one with the deal was just a glimpse of the real thing, it felt soooo amazing on my head and hair. Suprita is amazing... she knows what she does and she is great with her customers at the same time. I wish you guys were closer to home (you would be my permanent hair place) Hence, for now it'll just be the conditioning treatment.

*****You guys totally let me down after the first 2 visits. I wasn't even coming through groupon anymore; just a regular conditioning treatment, and they wouldn't book me an appointment! I wanted to try a facial through groupon, and they wouldn't book me an appointment. 
I work M-F and live and work in Vaughan, so obviously can't get to the place before it closes M-F. The only time I could make it is on a weekend, I was willing to wait 2-3-4-5 weekends, but they would not book me at all! Once again to clarify, I wasn't looking to come on one specific Saturday! I was looking to come with an appointment on 'any' Saturday! Like I said I was willing to wait 2-3-4-5 weekends... how much more flexible can I get given my constraints? But still no appointment!

No doubt, the hair service was good, but the attitude really bad after 2 treatments! It seems like the huge existing client base has gotten to their heads! They came across like I was going to come for free... "Just come and try, if we are free we will take you, but we cant book an appointment" Am I an idiot to drive 90 kms back and forth to find out you can't even do what I came for???!! Ridiculous!!!

Everyone in this world is busy, you cant expect people to come and try if you'll accommodate them!

And after that day, no thanks! Not me or anyone I know!

I booked my appointment after reading the reviews here and have to admit I had an amazing experience. Rita did my hightlights, haircut and massage while Uzma set it and I absolutely love my hair. The owner (I think her name was suprito) was very knowledgeable and helped me with what would suit me skin and face! Overall wonderful time and would highly recommend it to everyone:)
