I tried out this place with very high hopes. The reviews are supposed to very good, I experienced otherwise. First of, the place was hard to find as it is located in a shared building with a grocery store on the second level. But there was no where outside or even when you entered the main entrance a sign to indicate the existence of the place or its location.  My appointment was to get straight perm, but when I got there they had me down for just a perm. So there was a bit of a confusion on my when I was asked to pick out a style I wanted and they had me looking at curly hair.  Time wasted.  When they finally set things right, tell me why I had 3 people working on my hair. 2 were nice and friendly, and the other who seem to be the one with most knowledge with the process was the least friendly of all throughout the entire time.  She handled my head like it was a dolls head, not gentle at all. She kept pulling at my hair and kept throwing it all over my face while she and another lady were straightening my hair.  I didn't know what her deal was until 1 month later when I came to realize that she had burned off a good portion of my hair on the side she was working on. I came to the realization that she must've tried to not let me see and hence the reason for her constantly throwing my hair over my face instead of setting it aside.  I only found out a month later when the burnt part started to grow out and as you may imagine I had a on top left portion  of my head; a patch of hair sticking out through the rest of my thick hair.  I honestly was so upset that I wanted to go back and cuss them out.  But I just held back and left it to Karma. I gave this rating a 1 star only because that is the least google will allow me.  But I would not even give it that for what they had done to my hair. They even over charged me in comparison to similar services I had done in many Toronto Salons from past. Would never recommend this place to any one.. EVER.

All my family member is been hyun's customer for last few years. Being a very picky and specific on my hair style, I am very satisfied. Hairdressers know what they are doing and other employees are very nice and courteous.

Pricing is decentt. They listen and accommodate styles. Great for Asian hair.

Fantastic experience and very grateful for the stylist making time to fit me in and make my hair look amazing. Would recommend this salon.

Located above PAT supermarket open Monday 1:30-7PM Tuesday to Friday 10AM-7PM and Saturday 9:30AM-7PM. They are very busy on Saturday. Appointment is recommended to avoid waiting for a long time.
