I can’t stop to cry. Yamal. I just wanted to remove the damage ended of my pretty long hair wich took me around 3 years to have it. I just wanted 2 large “capas” on the back and large “grafilado” on the front, also you add “big angle” to let me know you understood what I wanted. Why you take out 6 inches of my hair!!!. After that I realise that you gave me a straight line at the back and and you did everything you can do to give me a “v” ended, but of course that doesn’t work because you cut 6 inches of my hair at the start. My engish is orrible, but I clearly showed you with pictures what I wanted. Now I hate my hair, I can’t stop to cry. I wash may hair and because it’s frizzy I look like a big mushroom.

I am an African American woman. Carlos knows how to make you look fabulous and look exceptional. My hair loves him. He relaxed, colored and cut my hair into an amazing style. I will forever be grateful and a client.

My friend and I got keritan treatment from this location and it was like we never got anything done to our hair. Such a waste of money, do not get it done here.
