Received the worst dye job EVER!
 Angry that after 18 months of service using the same hair color - Mario applied Santa Claus Red PERMANENT color to my hair that I did NOT request along with some chemical he called a poison. Again, applying chemicals that the customer didn't request has now made me realize that this hair stylist has just wasted the last 17 months of my life & now i have to cut off ALL my hair to start growing it AGAIN without chemicals!!!! 

I went back 4 hours later so that he could correct this cartoon character hair color and now my hair is ORANGE!!! My entire day was wasted, my image & confidence is destroyed all because this salon owner failed to listen to his customer! 

His response this am to his mistake yesterday is to come back today for a 3rd dye job. 

Now i have the pleasure of walking around looking like a Katy Perry/Nikki Menja reject for the next 6 weeks!!!

I went in got a haircut and liked it a lot but only one part was messed up, which was my hard part or other words my line. It went from thin to wide. So I was fine with it till the next day I went to get it fix. The guy that did my hair was not there, but some other guy was there and he told me he can't do it, only the guy that cut my hair. So instead he kindly but in a rude tone, told me he can't do it, but didn't even bother to even take a look at it, treated me like I was just another rude customer.

Walk in friendly. Service was great... Anyone that brings me colada while tending to my mane is awesome! Mario knows what he's doing and I'm definitely coming back.

The lady that did my hair was super nice.  I gave it 1 star.. After shampoo .. Blowdrying my hair still stink and itching dont know if its the shampoo they were using but my hair was not clean at all
