There are many plus accepts to Hair Club for an alternative action. The staff is friendly and professional---some definite highlights would be Elaina, Janine, and Jane who always welcome with a big smile. If you want to look great and feel great definitely give them a call today. It will change your accept on life, love, and every day interactions. You will look in the mirror and love what you see.

I was a previous customer out of St. Louis. I was exceedingly unpleased with my time and money spent there. This is an all out scam. Check your contract if you choose to proceed and join. Your hair does not belong to you ever, it is owned by the corporation. The hair is of very poor quality and after a few weeks looks horrible. It will look great at first, but I have spoken to several who were not even pleased in the beginning. You will be lied to over and over. Check reviews on business listings or over the internet. You will be paying for a product that will cost you a fortune that Hair Club buys for a mere small fraction of the enormous price you pay. And you will pay and pay out the nose. If you want hair that does look reasonably ok, you will be paying a monthly payment of what it costs to rent an apartment or house payment. But like I said you are looking around close to $750 -$800 a month with products and monthly fee. It is sad that Hair Club chooses to rip off so many, but they prey on insecurities and people desperate for a solution. Don't get sucked in. This is a complete scam and a sham. Why someone hasn't taken legal action about this place is beyond me. Save your money and look elsewhere, if you don't, you will be taken for a complete ride of your emotions and your money.

I suffered from hairloss for over 5 years. I was very nervous to do anything but booked an appointment. The staff was very knowledgable and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn't realize there were multiple options to getting your hair back. I wanted to look my age and they delivered. What I appreciated most is the time and attention I received. If your hairloss bothers you check them out!

For anyone, suffering hair loss and the emotions and insecurities that come along with it, stay away from Hair Club. I was a member for several years. I wish someone had told me the truth about Hair Club years ago and I would never have gotten sucked in. I am proud to say, that I ended my membership and since then have decided to let nature's have it's way and shaved my head. I feel much better, instead of feeling like a circus freak with what Hair Club made me look like. I have found much support from others like me that were victimized by Hair Club through different blogs online. What people don't realize is the amount of mark ups that Hair Club charges and for a product that does not even come close to resembling "real" hair. 
   For those of you considering this method, keep in mind that the commercials and promotions don't even come close to the truth of what Hair Club is about or the product that you will be recieving. There is an intial fee to join which can range from $1200-$2500 to begin with, keep in mind that is basically a pure profit that Hair Club makes off of you. They will take measurements of your head and try to lock you into signing a contract. Basically, it is like making deal with the Devil, but in this case you are damned to begin with. There are different level of hair, which are referred to as the "matrix system" which is basically a glorified name for wig that they glue to your head. The hair cuts are ridiculous and if you think you are fooling anyone with what is on top of your head, you are sadly mistaken because it is very obvious. Take a visit to the locations around you and watch the different clients that come, they look completely ridiculous. It took several close friends of mine and my wife to finally come clean with me and let me know that my looks were more of a hinderance than a benefit. Especially with the money I was putting out, you would think that I would look incredible, but that was not the case. Hair Club stylists know that you look awful, but they are trained to tell you how great you look because they don't want you to get mad and also because they want you to keep paying a high fee for less than desired product. 
   Hair Club purchases these wigs from over seas.  They do not have a company that solely makes the wigs for them. Check online, if you are dead set on having something on top of your head, you will save 80%-90% of what you pay Hair Club. I can't even believe how much money I paid them and I still never was able to do the things I wanted. I couldn't go swimming with my kids, I never wanted to play ball with my sons if it was windy out because it would totally ruin the style of my hair. Basically by putting on a wig from Hair Club you are held prisoner by them and the wig living atop your head. The sad part is that you are paying hard earned money to look like complete crap. I say shave your head before I would ever encourage anyone to be fooled by and lied to by the people representing Hair Club. I don't usually write a review online but one of my co-workers was telling me that they were looking into it and I had to share my story with them and tell them that the commercials were a complete and utter fabrication. Hopefully this will help others out there that are desperate for a solution and considering this travesty of a business. I have to agree with the other post on here and full- heartedly chime in----DON'T GET SUCKED IN.
