Diane is the worst. The manager Sarah is up there also. She kept making excuses for Diane. The inexperienced hair cut was a bad start. When she didn't know how to wash or blow dry hair I had enough. She washed my hair with burning hot water and asked if it was too hot. Is not that hard to figure out. She than sits me down with my soak and wet hair and decides hand full of gel is a good idea. I also told the manager this and her response was some customers like to leave like that. Avoid at all cost.

Took My 10 year old daughter there the other day for a trim of her long hair. Was an ok cut. Absolutely nothing fancy tho. Is a cut supposed to only take about 10 mins? Just seems that a little more effort could have been put forth to get a styled cut, maybe? Maybe no extra charge for a little layering? (Which I turned down) I'm going to stick with the Asians in S Phila next time. You definitely get what you pay for. I'll pay extra $ for a little more finessse

I went here because it's on my way home from work. By chance, Janila was my hairdresser. She's awesome. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and she really did a great job after only glancing at the picture. She was very caring, asking if I liked this or that, wanted this or that, and when I was unsure, she advised me on what she thought was best. She didn't force conversation. I will definitely return and highly recommend Janila, although all staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

I was introduced to the shop just before getting chemo therapy. So my first visit was to get my head shaved close.  That was more than a year ago ,,, and I have been back at least four times to keep it short after it grew in.  Wonderful women there. Made me feel good about what would have otherwise been difficult. Thank you thank you thank you.
