The staff is super respectful and kind. They take their jobs very seriously and always are concerned about the client  I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All of the staff is experienced and knowledgeable so you CAN NOT go wrong with either stylist 🤗😉

My husband and I went for a hair cut today3/24/2017 at the Middletown Delaware shop   not satisfied at all will not go back the three girls that were working didn't even talk to the clients my husband's bangs didn't even get cut I did them when we got home never Never again !!!!!!

I always come in with a picture or a vauge idea and leave with the results I hoped for. The people there are nice and do everything in a timely manner, all the negative reviews you see are from the past. I always pay a reasonable price and enjoy going for a quality hair cut and a good price. You don't feel pressured to talk to the stylist and they are considerate to your needs.

Should have listened to the reviews. Went in for an inverted bob and undercut. Stylist told me my hair was too short even when I told her what I wanted to keep she chopped everything off and gave me probably the ugliest hair cut a person could have that I went home and cried for over an hour. I absolutely hate it and it's too short for me to do anything to even hide it. At the moment I'm in the process of trying to find either a wig or extensions that will hide the problem. Obvious point of the story is unless you want the stylist to completely disregard what you want and have all of your hair chopped off in a half bowl cut half shaved mess. I recommend you don't go here.
