Haircuts (for me - a guy) have been right on. However, my 1 star today goes towards the wait times and overall management of the place. Every time I'm in I wait. This is clearly because the place is understaffed and poorly managed. For instance, today one of the two hairstylist had a friend in (color, cut, blow dry, pictures- pics in and out of the salon - then socializing for another 15 minutes after the cut on product selection. The manager should have stepped in and said let's more on - we have customers waiting (but didn't). I feel this is a place of business while it's nice for her to cut her friends hair - totally inappropriate for the additional time socializing when there is a line of folks waiting. So, why do I go here - well it's close and haircuts are good. Hour later still waiting. Frustrating. I will talk to the manager.

Had the pleasure of having my haircut by Akram and I absolutely love it!! She did exactly what I wanted and repeatedly checked in with me so that I left loving my hair. All the staff were extremely friendly and I was able to walk right in and not have to wait. I was a little leary about having my hair cut here since the reviews hadn't been great, but my expectations were exceeded and I will be going here again!

Not the best place to get a hair cut but it's a bit cheaper than a lot of other places I've been too. Also I feel like they didn't cut my hair short enough but it wasn't a big deal as it still came out okay.

My fiance went there for a haircut. He has a jaw line beard and they actually cut his side burns completely which he then had to cut his beard since it looked ridiculous. Hoping it was a fluke he did go again and they did it AGAIN! Ever since he hasn't gone back!
