I came to the salon earlier today asking for a V cut in the back and for the stylist to cut as little as possible. Now, leaving the salon, my hair is 6 inches shorter and layered. I did not ask for layers, and there is no "V" shape. I have not been more displeased by a hairdresser in my life. I do not recommend this salon in the least.

When the owner/ Manager does hair she charges more than the other hair dressers.  I brought in my 13 year old daughter less than a year ago for an easy color and trim and was charged $225.  I was so mad at the charge, i never came back until yesterday, I should have known better.  I brought my daughter for a cut and was charged $55.  (Normally about $30 other times) AND after they charged my card then told me, '''oh you have 50% off a hair cut but since we charged the card we can do a free eyebrow wax" (eyebrow wax was $12, way less than 50% off $55)  SO..  We waited 40 minutes before walking out, after being told it was a 5 min wait and then sorry a few more minutes wait because she was interviewing someone..apparently we didn't matter since it was going to be a free visit. Before both these visits myself and my 4 daughters & Niece had came here (did not have the owner lady) and were charged approx 30 and myself 40. I will NEVER go back.  And like some, i know i go alone to have some me time, no kids... good luck with that.. her children just run around the salon all day.

My mom wanted to do a perm and thankfully Hair Elegance had an open spot that day! But we never saw the reviews here nor did we look into it, we just went since it was available. Alex she did my mom's perm and... it was amazing!!!! She was such a nice person making my mom comfortable since she doesn't speak English very well. They had a conversation about all kinds of stuff and left me out of it! Lol Alex did a wonderful job on my mom's hair and her service was excellent!! I would come back here for me next time!!!

Regular customer, have always gotten a good hair cut.
Staff is very professional, I would highly recommend.

My husband brought our 11 year old daughter to get 3-4 inches off her hair that was all the way down her back.  The person cut 8 inches off her hair.  This place is no better than super cuts.
