Ever since they switched management a year ago all they focus on is money. I loved buying my extensions from this place and now it's a bad experience. I knew exactly what color hair I needed and the guy convinced me to get the other color because he said it didn't match and now I'm stuck with extensions I can't even use because he said now they can not do anything about it even though I bought them the same day I tired to return.

Excellent job! She's cut and colored my very long mane for years! Very polite and always willing to go that extra mile.

Very bad customer service! After they take your money,  they don't care about your  hair cut. The younger hair stylist,  is so focused on her money,  she is careless whether you like the hair cut or not. I don't recommend her and this place to anyone.
