Worst place. Had an apt. with a Michelle 4 weeks in advance, we confirmed. Then when I show up she was not there. So another person helped me (new owner) but the entire time talked over me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. She lied about years of experience when I ask her 3 times. Color was not what I asked for and as I was leaving she told another stylist " it turned out alright I guess". That is when I let them know I understood them. Not a good place at all!!!

I have been to this salon twice. First time was good second time the blonde underneath my hair is falling out in clumps. Owner did it and refuses refund or to respond to my phone call or text will not b going back

Worst haircut for salon price. They admitted to being inexperienced with less than a year as a stylist and it showed. They were slightly rude but didn't mind as I was primarily concerned with my haircut, which was supposed to be only a slight trim; I was honestly just in for clean-up and left with uneven cut. It was uneven everywhere and this was after the more experienced girl took over, I'm very disappointed. I will not recommend or return.
