I like this place a lot..its my second time and i'm in love with my nails..took about 45 minutes..lots of color options..would recommend

I didn't have an appointment but was a walk-in ,only had to wait about 15/20 min, n Miami waited on me, she was very frienfly, professional  n I really love the way she did my nails. She took her time,  yet didn't tarry. definitely will  return. I'm new to the area,  but this is very close to my home,  so fantastic ♡

Appointments mean nothing, service is slow for average looking nails. Waited a full hour and a half because the appointment we made was with someone who didn't even come at the designated time when we MADE the appointment with her (she even pushed us to come earlier!). Staff communication skills are terrible and subpar, they are severely understaffed for demand in the area. We came in on a Friday an d waited but they couldn't take us so we made an appointment for the next morning only to find out she scheduled us for before she would even be there. Staff told us this then completely ignored us for the next hour as they took other customers. After sitting for over an hour they finally checked our appointment time and said "oh" when realizing our appointment time was long overdue. I could almost forgive them but they did the same thing to my sister a week or so ago. They also got pissed when I didn't want the gel on my acrylics and didn't bother to buff it down, file the jagged edges, or even get the polish to the edges of my nails. Overall a very disappointing experience
