They are not consistent with their customer and pricing. They charged my teenage daughter 51 for 3 snips of hair, wash and dry and flat iron. The service I got according to the recipes was 35.10 shampoo, conditioner, cut, and style (style = blow dry) and 15.90 for style and flat iron but that's just 15.90 for flat iron. So technically I got double charged. My daughter wanted vine straight style and the girl was scared to apply heat to her hair she said she jumped and that I assume gave her the image it was too hot. I jump every time. When I've gone to hair plus valley view and got the same services as my daughter I never paid $51. When I told my daughters sytlist (the manager) about the hair not being straight enough she did go back and try to straighten it. Honestly from my time there at 230 until I left around after 6pm of course with breaks in between my experience was bad. I should have listened to my daughter when she said she didn't want to stay. End of story I went home and restraightened it for school because she wasn't happy and neither was I but I had to do something for her first day of school. Terrible experience ever oh and I tipped since they said they get paid off commission and tips. They said they get paid by the level stylist they are and you'd have to ask them how they get to the next level which is confusing to a customer. Their shop has 5 or more levels of stylist but you get charged by the study list you get but they don't ask you which stylist level cost you want either when you go. It's almost like when you get to asking prices they pull out a price sheet and sometimes tell you the charge depending on the level you chose with this blue sign on the front desk. Honestly it's just too much with hem.
