Amazing communication skills from Dr. Nate as well as the other doctors. They gave me their number to personally ask them any questions post-op and even have an after hours phone line to ask questions. During the operation the doctors and nurses were very friendly yet focused. The overall job on the transplant was beyond expectations and I am beyond grateful for the professionalism, expert and customer service of this establishment.

Everyone in this facility is very passionate about the work they do! They all went above and beyond my expectations- Nate stayed in contact with me for about 2 years until I was ready to actually schedule the procedure. He made sure I had flexible payment options, and dates that fit my schedule. He was very knowledgeable about all of the procedures and made sure I was thoroughly informed before making a final decision. Nicole, Tatyana, and Ray all made sure I was comfortable before,  during and after the procedure. When I experienced discomfort they did everything they could to help me feel better. I can really tell by their positive attitudes, and great personalities that they have a true passion for the work they do. Everyone at this facility is warm, welcoming, relatable, hard working, and truly dedicated to supreme craftsmanship. I highly recommend anyone considering using this clinic to make the investment! This clinic is committed to helping people feel better and changing lives! Thank you all so much, you all are truly a blessing!!!!

I used them for a FUE transplant. I’d say in general it was negative. Polite techs and staff but the quality was really mediocre at best. They fly in techs. It’s a chop shop deal. No follow up. FUE machine is dated to the holes are bigger than the latest offered. They do nothing as far as best practice in the industry. I do not recommend them. My results I’d give a 4/10. Edit to their reply: Don't have patient with the name Brad? I don't state my last name.  Yes, I have the right place. I just called, no answer.  I can only speak to my experience.  How would you follow up when the techs are imported for the procedures?  The tech I had said he had never even seen a patient after he did the procedure. Rewards mean nothing to me.  Results.  Again 4/10 satisfaction.  I don't recommend them. I stand by my review.

Nate and his staff at HRI are amazing! They are good and caring group of people that really aspire to put the clients wants and need before anything, They all go above and beyond to make sure that every client is pleased! HRI has been in business for over 35 years, and have won best hair loss clinic in the twin cities. I would 10/10 recommend going there for any hair loss issues, as they have many methods taking every client case by case for the best results! Thank you HRI for taking care of me and thousand of other people !

I highly recommend working with Alec P, the consultation we had was incredible. VERY thorough and professional. The providers do an amazing job. The stylists will take great care of you. LOOK NO FURTHER.

Best people top to bottom! From my initial consultation with Nate, to my surgery with Dr. Petrus - everything here is first class. My comfort was always a high priority during the procedure - the nurses Nicole, Tatyana and Theresa were truly amazing. No pain, no discomfort, just an awesome experience.

I honestly can’t say enough about this place. I’m on day 3 recovering from a 2200 graft with Dr. Petrus and team and recovery has been a breeze. Pain is 2/10 if that. I really psyched myself out of this whole thing days prior going down a rabbit hole on YouTube. From the moment I got there they calmed me down and walked me through the whole process, and asked about my comfort the entire time. After the procedure they’ve provided around the clock care making sure I’m OK and answering any questions I have. I can’t wait to go back on 6 months and finish my crown. I opted for an initial 2200 graft procedure while also doing PRP and laser. Really looking forward to the results so I don’t need as many grafts on the crown but we will see! I’m very happy with the decision I made and would recommend any them to anyone!

This review is strictly for the FUE operation procedure on the day of. Operation day was good, the team was professional and kind. Generally everything seemed to go well. I'm hopeful that the final results will be good. Will update my review in 8 months at the 9 month mark. Hopefully still a 5 star review.

I paid over $5500 when I first talked to Nate he explained that’s it’s guarantee that the PRP it will work for me it didn’t work for me that was a lie and when I talked to him again he told me he want me to buy another package for hair implant. That’s what I wanted when this didn’t work for me because they wasted my money and time and went through pain they are not willing to work with me don’t go this place if you don’t  want your money to go in the trash then go they lie.

Couldn't be happier! Great team. They followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing well. They really care about their clients.
