My hairstylist Scott is truly amazing! The first time I went to Sudz I brought a bundle full of clip inn hair extensions and asked if he could match my hair close to them. After all said and done he matched my hair flawlessly! I couldn't Believe it! He is truly talented! I would also like to mention that the staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable.I highly recommend this salon.

Rude rude rude. I walked into this place, because I was looking for a certain product and was referred to check out the spa next to spyhouse. So I walk in and kindly asked the receptionist if they sold the product. He replied that they did not. I asked him if he knew of any other spas in the area that sell the product. He replied with "we are the only spa next to spyhouse and we do not sell that product" with the rudest tone of voice ever. If that's the receptionists attitude, I can't even imagine the rest of the staff.

Was treated very well and paid a reasonable price. I am a serial hair abuser who hadn't had a cut in over a year and a half, I left with a nice clean cut and a lot of helpful information to help me take better care. Staff recommended proper, relevant products with no pushy sales tactics. I will return to see Scott for all future hair needs Edit: Returned to the salon today after my original review over 2 years ago. Had the same very good experience and my stylist was super nice about me having trouble describing what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before continuing. Seriously, Go see Scott.

I came to Sudz for my first time on Tuesday, completely unsure of what to expect simply because I've never been here before. When I walked in, I could tell this was a fun environment. The two gentlemen at the counter were laughing with someone who must have been a longtime client and a great friend. Of course I stood patiently waiting, but honestly it was super sweet watching them all interact. Kudos to everyone for making client friendships :) When it came time for my nail appointment, Krysta met me with a big smile and I didn't know I could feel more welcome than I already had with my pink lemonade and lemon squeeze (bonus!). The entire time she was fun, professional, and conversational all at the same time. She is obviously knowledgeable about all color combinations and can figure out what you want even if you don't know what you want. I have shorter nails, but she had no problem making them look beautiful for a wedding I'm in. I'll be returning to her for all of my future shellac needs!

I had a bad experience here last Fall. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I barely ever go to the salon to get my hair colored but i thought i'd try it one time to see if it was worth the extra money, instead of coloring it myself. My hair color is not complicated. I have medium brown hair naturally and i dye it black. My roots had grown in and I needed them dyed. Very simple. The staff was fairly nice but the stylist who colored my hair completely mismatched the color and turned my roots burgundy... which seems like a very rookie mistake for an upscale salon.... He decided to re-dye my hair a darker color but had another appointment he had to take so he dumped me off on another stylist that had no idea what was going on with my hair. He didn't explain what had happened to this new stylist and it was very unprofessional. I had to explain what was happening to this new random stylist and the new one seemed very confused and unsure of the entire thing, which made me feel uncomfortable. So I left without even getting the full blow dry. I wasted $100 on a botched color job that didn't last any longer than $15 box dye would have. This experience reinforced my doubts about salons and experiences like this are why I just color my hair myself! Save your money people. Color your own hair or have a friend help you. It's not that hard and you won't waste ridiculous amounts of money at salons like this.
