I made a drawing on the style I wanted, but instead of that I got a much shorter, horrible haircut, it is actually the worst I had in my life, even when I expressed my disappointment they did nothing but made it shorter with thinning so now each hair is cut to different lenght.

15 and there's still no one...  Asked the lady at the nail salon next door and she said she might arrive at 10:30 bc she comes from San Jose.  Either open on time or change your hours.  This isn't the first time I run into an issue with a hair salon that isn't open until much later than they advertise.
