I will be a returning customer! Love the Brazilian loose deep wave hair, this will be my 3rd time having hair installed. The hair never tangles and the curls stay intact.

Hello. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. She gave me time to look through all the options. I got 3 bundles of the 14" Brazilian loose wave. This was not enough to achieve the style and natural look i wanted. I paid $180 for 3 and an additional bundle at this location would have been $75 more. 
I had to purchase a 4th bundle at another store when i went florida the next day to fill in the top of my hair. She was out of the length and curl pattern I wanted. I guess a lot of people don't get 12-14".
The curls fell out and the hair felt like barbie hair when I tried to condition it. This was way too silky for my taste. The hair did not matte or tangle but I am not reusing it. I don't live here locally so I don't know what other options are available. I liked the owner of the shop but the hair was just ok and I would order online if I had to purchase more hair.

Every time I've purchased from hair I've been incredibly satisfied. The shipping has always been quick and the quality is amazing. My hair lasted me about 10 months and I dyed it different colors multiple times. I also had a mix up with my shipping address that was handled promptly. The customer service exceeded my expectations. I plan to continue being a loyal and regular customer!!

Ashley and her mom are super sweet and helpful, this is the spot for the finest Brazilian hair !!! 
Can order online too !!!
