I called to have my prescription foiled before flying out on vacation. I was told it was old be ready in 39 mins. I got an email verifying it was ready and stated the pharmacy was open 24 hours. When I arrived to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy was closed. I tried to call but they just kept hanging up on me. Horrible service!

The pharmacy is the worst. It loses things often. Lines are extreme long. Staff is complete unprofessional. With a long line of customers, they were ordering food. I put in a prescription Friday, I called to pick it up on Saturday and they told me that I had to wait until Sunday. Fine. So I actually waited until Monday. What happened? They left a message telling me that my perscription had been delayed because it was out-of -stock (even though Friday she told me it was there) and their computers were down so they had to wait until Wednesday. Mind you this is a medicine that I absolutely need. I couldn't pick it up 1 day early, but I have to go an additional 4 days without my medicine? Meaning have to struggle to complete work and assignments and miss out on important assignments. I questioned them and asked why they told me it was in stock on Friday, and why they told me I couldn't pick it up on Sunday instead of telling me it was out-of-stock. I proceeded to ask for a manager, whom wasn't there, so I then asked for a message to be left and I was told to call because papers and things get lost all the time (yes, they admitted to this), it's funny that they've mentioned this because my prescription had been lost in January after they tried to use the incorrect insurance card. The lines are constantly long and they are uninformed and unprofessional. Several people have declared that they will never return to this pharmacy while I've waited in these lines, and I will join them. This is completely unacceptable. We are prescribed medications for the sake of it. There was once a lady who needed her insulin and they failed to tell her that they were out. Tell me why this is so? If you know I come in on a monthly basis for the same prescription, why wouldn't you be prepared? Why would you tell me to come in on one day and proceed to tell me it is out-of-stock and I have to wait an additional 2 days? Then continue on to tell me that I can pickup my prescription and take it elsewhere, knowing that a prior authorization would be necessary? Please explain this to me.

Store is decently kept for its location, the employees were nice and social as well. It's one of the very few 24 hour locations in the area, and feels like a safe environment inside. The parking lot was in semi poor condition, but as it's next to some bus stops and once again it's location this is understandable.

Called and was on hold for 20min. Only for someone to pick up and immediately hang up. So I called right back and of course I was put on hold again. After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to drive to the pharmacy (while on hold). When I arrived it was only ONE customer at the register. Talk about angery. So as I wait behind this ONE person in front of me the pharmacist finally answers the phone. I said I'm right here at the register sir. ( so he pulled me to the other window to put in the prescriptions) i asked to fill an albuteral inhaler he seemed as though he didn't know what that was while starting at the profile on the computer because I didn't say proventil which is a name brand for albuteral. Then to be told it will take 45 min. After being on hold for 49 min. My child could've been had a asthma attack. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be contacting cooperate.

The store itself it ok, never had any issues there. But the pharmacy, it's horrible! Anytime you call, the wait time is ridiculously long, my grandmothers prescriptions have been wrong a few times (which is a major issues) and the staff just doesn't really seem to care about what they do at times. I won't do business with Walgreens any longer, but my grandmother just wanted her meds transferred to a different Walgreens. Which is a total inconvenience... Hope the new location isn't as bad as this one.....'
