Shaun and Judy did a great job setting up my father's funeral, but my problem is with Betty Purcell, funeral director. This is the third funeral in two years we have held at Haistens. Some charges were incurred that we let slip our minds and Ms. Purcell seemed to be more concerned on getting that money than what my sister and I needed to get through this awful time. Afterwards,  I got complaints from other family members about Ms. Purcell being short and rude toward them. 
 Lord forbid another death in my family, but if that happens and Ms. Purcell is still at Haisten, I will consider seeking another funeral home. Shaun and Judy are the only ones I wish to speak to in the future.

This is an absolutely compassionate funeral home. They work with you everyway they can. Shaun did a great job along with his staff. Thank you all so much.

Was a great place for my mothers memorial service. I have my cremation plans already taken care of ahead of time by Haisten.
