These guys are amazing! I showed up in their showroom, made an appointment for installation,  and they were to my house the date and time they were scheduled for! I'm used to construction type jobs happening at the contractor's leisure. This company males a promise and keeps it! Awesome service and awesome product! Thank you!

I have a custom Hale Pet Door and I am on my 5th set of dog door flaps in 5 years. They rip easily, and are very expensive to replace, almost $200 and when I called an spoke with William he was rude about it. Called the corporate office and they were much nicer, helpful and got a better quote.

I have had 2 doors installed by Hale. The quality and customer service is exceptional. The last time I needed a door, they went above and beyond to have a person come install the door on short notice. Always friendly service during installation. I feel like they value their customers and treat them as such. This is a business that will not disappoint.
