We were in and out real quick. Went to save a few feeders and make them pets. Loved the other animals there and will deffintly be back for a tortoise

This is one of the two best reptile supply stores in Arizona. I buy a lot of food and feeders here. I've also purchased several frogs, spiders and a couple lizards. The spider selection is always great.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. First place to sell hedgehogs when the AZ band was lifted.

Love coming to this shop! Great people. They are always up for a conversation about any animal or insects! 
Just picked up my sixth tarantula from them! 
The staff is very knowledgeable about what they keep and if one doesn't know they will ask another so you get the correct info on what your looking for!!!!

purchased two "pet" rats, was expecting a male and a female, but was given two males and i put the "female" in a cage with all of my other females without checking myself- they handle tons of rats, they should know what theyre doing right? wrong. I'm guessing they thought i was just inexperienced(that i didn't know males and females couldn't be together) and probably gave me two males on purpose. he sprouted nuts about three days later and if I have five litters of rats in a few weeks it will be the fault of this shop. he ended up being really skittish also which wouldn't have mattered if i wasnt charged four times the price of a rat from their feeder bin - thank you for charging me $20 instead of $5 for a giant disaster.

edit*** i posted this comment on their facebook also and the shop owner was incredibly rude, laughed at me and pretty much blamed me, taking absolutely no accountability for the situation whatsoever. don't waste your time here, it's not worth being disrespected.

Number one exotic pet store there is in Phoenix Mesa or Tempe highly suggest a new body that has exotic pets to come here #1
