First and foremost, the staff is always kind and helpful. I've never had any issues with customer service here.

Second, their prices are phenomenal. I buy a lot of reference material here that would normally cost me over $40 for a mere $10 or less usually. 

Third, you can usually find what you want or something close to it. If you can't, they'll be more than willing to put it on hold for you if they do get it.
