We needed to quickly sell our house at the best possible price do that we could move out of state.  Beth met with us on a Sunday.  We asked for suggestions to get a quick buyer willing to pay List Price.  We asked for decor suggestions.  Our house was over 20 years old.  Beth’s team of professionals and craftsmen made our tired house look new.  Her office team kept us informed throughout the process.  The house sold quickly at List price.  That would not have happened without Beth.  She knows the market and potential buyers.

I got referred to Haltom team by my work during interview process for new job in Jackson, TN. Beth Haltom was a wonderful resource for us , not just in finding the right house for us, but also to know the area better. She is very helpful and tries to understand our needs and showed the most suitable matches for our taste. She was extremely approachable and took time out for us on short notice multiple times. Their website was helpful in shortlisting out choices and she was very efficient in making our visits time efficient. She was also an excellent resource regarding local community, neighborhood, schools etc and even after we bought the house she has always been accessible. She even did video walk throughout for us and partnered with us to find a house suiting all our needs and likings. We are first time home owners and their team made the process very simple and easy for us . They even helped us get quotes for loans from multiple local banks and for us in touch with the right people in the right time. They made the buying process fun and hassle free and we could focus on what we want and had enough choices to choose from. We would highly recommend their realtor services hands down , without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Haltom Real Estate Group! I worked with Kristen Londe...I could not have asked for better! She was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. She helped sell my home quickly and for top dollar. The entire process was stress free! Definitely go with the Haltom team--you won't be disappointed!

I had previously sought the help and guidance of a few other realtors when I started searching for a new home  and those experiences made me feel as if no progress was being made and we were going in circles. After contacting the Haltom Team things progressed quickly and smoothly! I What impressed me the most was that the Haltom Team made me feel as if I was their only client! I would not hesitate to recommend the Haltom Team because they definitely live up to their reputation as 5 star real-estate professionals!
