First time going here this morning. The staff was friendly, the bagels fresh, and the prices reasonable. Got home and this is why I'm writing this review. These bagels were enormous and tasty. Cream cheese spread was perfect. Highly recommend trying this place out. The menu for sandwiches looks tasty. Will try one down the road.
Bro, it’s hot, and I get what I wanted I didn’t get extra bacon $9 for a 6 dollar sandwich, owner obviously isn’t in there—- kids working hard and I waited 25 min for this! And it’s $9 with-out a bev! Welcome to Jersey!
GO TO CESARS BAGELS instead, both the quality of their service and the quality of their food is better Hamilton is #2 best place in the area, but their service and quality control is horrible. Today I was put on hold for 12 full minutes, hung up and tried calling back for another 10 minutes or so and then gave up. No one answered. Then I finally tried Cesar's Bagels and can't believe I put up with Hamilton's bad service for so long. I called Cesar's and they took my order immediately and the order was on time and they didn't forget anything. What happened today on the phone with Hamilton Bagel has happened many times unfortunately. Over the course of 1 year eating there, they have completely forgotten several large items of food on 3 separate occasions, causing me to have to drive back to their location or call back to be offered a refund. I've never had so many problems with a restaurant in such a short period of time. Don't get me wrong, their food tastes great and the workers are polite, but I can only recommend eating there if you just so happen to be walking by casually on your day off and notice there is no line lines there are 25 minutes long easily. Once you get your food, CHECK YOUR BAG because their quality control is horrible. In 1 year they have forgotten half of my order 3 times - and it's not like I go there every week. I've never even heard of anything like that. Management here needs to rethink how they do things or hire more people, your food is great but it's not worth the hassle. Again, after trying CESARS today I will likely not be going back here for any reason. I will only go back to Hamilton Bagel if I happen to be strolling by ON FOOT hungry on my day off from work when their store is empty. Otherwise it's just not worth it.
We go to Hamilton Bagel every time we visit family in NJ, it's our favorite place for breakfast. The bagels are fantastic and the staff is friendly. Too bad we have to drive 300 miles!Food: 5/5
It seems like this location has had a few different owners in it within the last few years. Current team is probably the best yet. Courteous staff, order was right, and it didn't take long. There are some interesting bagels too; French toast, one with M&M's, and my favorite, egg everything. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
Delicious bagels! They have a great texture and are a good size. I especially loved the cheddar jalapeño
We had a good first experience here for breakfast. Good coffee selection and the sandwich was delicious. Lots of bagels too. There are a lot of tables for seating also.
Fast service. I’ve had bagels from here before and they have always been delicious! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. I moved it slightly before taking the picture but it was nicely layered. There was a good amount of meat on the sandwich and the bacon was deliciously crispy! Best of all was the price! I believe it was about $4-5. They also have an avocado option instead of meat. I would definitely return.
