Been using their wash and fold service for almost a year. They're not friendly at all, but I kept going back because they got the job done at a reasonable price. 

A few months ago, I came to pick up my laundry and they couldn't find it. As consolation, they gave me a lint roller and laundry bag. They found my stuff a week later, and charged full price for it. 

I asked last time if I could pay with rolls of quarters (not something I'd try at any other business, but this being a coin op laundromat, I thought perhaps they could use the quarters). I told the woman I had brought paper money also, just in case. Instead of simply refusing to take the rolled quarters, she angrily took them, then angrily got my laundry and dropped it on the table with a nasty attitude. 

Maybe she was just having a bad day or something, but I won't be back.

Very friendly and nice staff. Clean and reasonable machine prices. Dry cleaning as well. Very reliable

Good and friendly service. Never too crowded. Be aware of their dry cleaning services. Not the best quality sometimes.
