My fiancé and I are loyal customers, every two weeks. We usually do the pick up and drop off service!. The only thing was, everytime it was a different price! So one day we decided to drop it off. One of the workers was beyond rude and was overcharging us. So rude that we decided to NEVER go back again. We called the owner and he NEVER got back to us. Long story short, prices aren't consistent, the workers are rude and the owner doesn't get back to his loyal customers.

out of the 10 sweaters I dropped off to clean had stains on them. They didn't clean at all. Waste of 45 dollars!

I walked in with no laundry bags or detergent BC I wanted to see if they take cards (laundry or debit) before I went to an ATM.... Christine watched me walk in, watched me walk by her, turned her whole body and head around to watch me some more..... never said hello, welcome, how may I help u.... I had to sarcastically greet her and ask for help BC she was making me feel uncomfortable 😣

Other than that the laundromat was clean. I just felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable by the way I was stared at and never greeted.
