Horrible customer service. I have been parking here for nearly 8 years now. Management gets more inconsiderate by the year. Due to a train cancellation I couldn't get back to my car, I called, emailed and was ignored. Called again and was basically told to go pound sand. They booted my car. Made me pay a $50 fine and then made me wait for half hour after that for them to come take the boot off .... And it wasn't like it was busy. I was the only customer there!. Bunch of crooks

We have not gone back to the Trenton train station since discovering Hamilton. The parking garage is large, clean, well lit and very safe, the station is new and spacious, and it's an overall better experience. We regularly take NJ Transit into New York city, and this is the only way to do it in our opinion.

Parking here often fills up up by 9am and they re-route you to Trenton station. Really, REALLY inconvenient. The station is nice otherwise, but if you're going to the city after rush hour, better allow an hours' time to catch your train in case you are rerouted. Trenton station is also a stop BACK on the NJT line. PLEASE EXPAND PARKING!
