This is a wonderful forest filled park with trails, a floating bridge to cross the lake. The is an adjacent park just a half mile from the lake that has playground accessories and campground cookout facilities for all to enjoy. Pets are surely welcome along with bike trails, canoeing and you name it. The park is just beautiful throughout all the four seasons!

Clean and well-kept trails. Pet friendly. Everyone was more than polite during any of my visits. Even some wild turkeys floating around which is pretty cool to see.

Great hiking trails. Wildlife is prominent. A lake and the Rancocas Creek flows along side of the dam and along the park . Several canoe launches are along the creek. Historic factory and village are on site. Many signs are on the trail, explaining all the points of interest. Family and dog friendly. A great place to picnic. Many events happen throughout the year. Beautiful year round.

The tour of the Smithville Park Mansion area was really nice! My children and I enjoyed learning about the history of the Smiths and the town. Great stuff and great and welcoming staff as well. Mr. Scrooge was an excellent tour guide. 5-STARS!!
