Ate lunch here on a Tuesday. Not real busy. Excellent service and even better grilled cheese and french onion soup. Full sanwich with kettle style  chips or half sandwich and soup still with chips same price. Price range from about $8-12 per plate. Great tasting sandwich and soup. Looking forward to next visit.

Drinks and food came quick.  Food was tasty and drink selection was great.  Would have given 5 stars but - not sure whose responsibility it is to remove used glasses and dishes from the table?  By the time we were finished there was no room on the table remaining.

I was so close to giving Hammontree's 5/5 stars.  I enjoy coming here. I love the food, great service, and a great location. They really are all about grilled cheese sandwiches, but not your mom's. They include interesting selection of meat and other toppings to add.  Some I never thought to put on a sandwich.  Favorite dish?  The fried artichoke hearts.  Light breading and comes with a fantastic dipping sauce.  

Only downfall to this place is everyone else likes it too.  Which makes for crazy crowds and wait times that can go up to 1.5 hours during late weekend times. I highly recommend coming here, just not during prime time dinner time.

This place was fantastic!  We are Mizzou fans and came to town for the football game vs Arkansas.  I loved all the options for bread, cheese, meats, etc and ended up going with a build your own sandwich on sourdough with ham, buffalo sauce and mushrooms, along with a cup of crawfish bisque.  Everything was great. Place filled up fast on game day but service was very good as well.  If you’re looking for a unique place to eat in Fayetteville, this is one to try.

The food is amazing, menu is adventurous with excellent combinations...the names of sandwiches are fun! The prices are appropriate and totally affordable, atmosphere is low key and casual. Highly recommend this place!
