Cute little spot to have lunch sometimes. The Chicken salad seems to be the go to here and it is very good. However, they have a very limited menu and very little seating. Prices were a little higher than what I would have expected, but what you get is fresh. Really nice people though.

Their chicken salad is great.  I would try the gourmet chicken salad but it has mustard in it and I dislike mustard.  Have not yet tried their different coffees but will in the near future.  Pleasant, clean, friendly atmosphere and "safe" seating.

Chicken salad sandwich was very dry.  The worker was nice, but noticed she did not wash her hands. The cookies were really good but over all not really happy with my experience

This placed is absolutely loved in town. The food is good and at good prices. I know they are going for a homey feel, but sometimes it's just to cluttered and makes the experience less enjoyable. Personally it's not my cup of tea, but it is a good place to have a yummy lunch.

My friends from work always enjoy this place when we have some time to pick up a to go box. The food taste great, just like grandma's home cooking. The best thing they have though is there cakes, I love the carrot cake the best. Thank you for the amazing food!

Darlene's chicken salad is fantastic! Never had bad experience there.... food is great !! Favorite is their cakes, have made special trips on lunch breaks for a slice of strawberry cake

Best chicken salad in town.. Servers are always friendly.  Atmosphere is always fantastic.  Broccoli cheese soup is great And the deserts are to die for.

So disappointed. Drove several miles to get chicken salad take out. At 3:00 tried to walk in. They locked the door on me.  They close at 3:00. But they saw me in the parking lot.  Seriously?

Today was their last day of full-time business... our community is sad for us, but happy for Darlene & her family.

Great spot in Clinton. Owners are very friendly and the soup and sandwiches we got to go were terrific. Great local spot.
