Toilets are rarely cleaned--they look like the homeless came in, did their business and didn't care to flush.  Bathrooms in general, could use a good cleaning.  PEOPLE, 6 months with broken televisions???  Laziness with morning and evening staff is apparent.  Hampton is looking quite dumpy these days.  Shape up or ship out!

I've been a member going two years. They've made and are still in the process of making improvements!! Looking much better and are offering​ more. I had a medical incident recently  and they did everything to ensure not only that I was well looked after, but my daughters too!! Thank you to everyone that was there!! I am extremely grateful!!

Very nice pool not dirty, showers OK, its a great place to workout and dropoff your kids.
Activities r great to play great sportsmanship.
Nice staff, Not that bad on renting out the pool

The camp for 5 year old was a very poor Experience. They refuse my child for a free lunch on the second week of camp on a Monday June 26th, 2017 and her shoes always untied the staff always have something. Smart to say.  The boy counselor Roled his eyes at me. I confronted Moron. She showed no concern for my child  and her staff negligence. The  young counselors Didn't Even walk my daughter to the building from outside for pick up. But they walked. That other little girl to the door. For pick up for safety.  Discrimination. They eat outside wit all the bugs and flies. I had to take out my frustration on Staff because if it was there kid they would fill the same way. They staff look tired and mentally not into there job.  Waste of money.
