Maxedge is by far the most impressive gym I have ever been a member of. Jay, Nancy, and Jack are so committed to the success of their members. They have pushed me to a level I never thought possible. I am in the best shape of my life and I have enjoyed every minute of getting there. The workouts are intense but so rewarding and you don't realize how hard they are with everyone around you cheering you on and pushing you that extra bit. It is such a welcoming environment I felt like one of group from day one! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

A few years ago I was looking for a strength/toning type of workout to help me with my running, cycling or golf activities.  I was always tired half way through a golf game, or couldn't seem to get any faster on a cycling tour and needed stamina.  MaxEdge was perfect.  It is tough, but you can work among multiple levels of people to get as much out of it as you can push yourself to do.  You do get stronger, and when you do, there's another level of people to keep you progressing.  I have seen men and women's physical appearance change.  The pay off is when you can wear clothes that show your muscle tone now!  The other great thing is you can fit a workout into any time of day you can and the workout will be the same at 6 am as it is at 4 pm.  I have had to change my usual workout "time" many times because of things that come up, but the nice thing is, that I put my gym bag in the car, and go when I can fit it in that day...morning, lunch or late afternoons, and 7 days of the week (weekends less choice in classes, but you can go)!  Jay knows how to push you, and both Jay and Nancy will get you to where your goal may be.

I've been going to Max Edge for 4 years now.  This gym is different.  It is inspiring.  It is hard.  It pushes you to beyond where you thought you could go.  I would suggest giving it a try.  You will NOT be sorry.

Jay, Nancy and Jack have created a gym that is far beyond a gym.  MaxEdge is a community of like-minded, fitness-oriented, authentic and caring people.  I've been a Max-Edger for almost four years and I am physically and mentally stronger and far more fit than I was before I began, even six months ago.  Its pretty amazing to have such powerful programming from people who are so committed to our success.

Iv'e been to many gyms,nothing compares to Max Edge. I find this gym to be  in a league of it's own.
The classes require great determination with great rewards.You will find by attending Max Edge that there is a sense of great coma rarity.It's a great place to work out. Once you get a taste of it ,you'll be back for more! I highly recommend. You won't be dissapointed!
