I love this shop! My mother always receives flowers from my brother from this shop and each delivery hold a GORGEOUS arrangement with unique and beautiful flowers! Never dissatisfied by Hampton Flower Shop!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my elderly grandmother for her birthday. I found out at the last minute that she was out of town, so I called to see if the shop could postpone the delivery date. This flower shop left them on her front porch. They never called, never left a note on the door, nothing, even though I gave them the phone number. They just left the flowers there to rot. When I asked for a refund, they refused and claimed it was my fault. THEY WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND CURSED AT ME. I work at a flower shop myself, and I was astonished. I would never talk to a person (let alone a cusomer) like that, and I would never leave flowers unattended on a porch. Clearly, they don't know how to run a business.
